The ISA SUP Flat Water Course Presented by The SUP Connection was an informative and fun-filled couple of days, where participants learned everything from stroke techniques, venue analysis, the role of the coach, how to develop a proper lesson plan, rescue methods and a plethora of other real world SUP skills.  The course was a blend of theoretical lectures, group workshops, and practical sessions.
